Mouthwatering chocolate fountain chocolate is perfectly formulated for use in all makes and models of chocolate fountains (commercial and home sized) and fondue pots. There’s no need to add additional cocoa butter or vegetable oil. When using Chocoley Just Melt It! in a chocolate fountain or a fondue pot, or dipping & eating the chocolate immediately, you don’t need to be concerned with tempering. Use leftover Chocoley Just Melt It! for everything from pouring over ice cream to making truffles, candy making, dipping (strawberries, frozen bananas, ice cream bars) and for baking. When using Chocoley Just Melt It! for creations that will be consumed days later, tempering is required of the dark and milk chocolate as they are real chocolate products with an ultra high cocoa butter content.
