We are excited about new growth opportunities with Capital Region and Tech Valley initiatives and look forward to serving its residents, families, and businesses for years to come. At Tully Rinckey, helping individuals, families and businesses with legal issues is not just our business, it’s personal! Doug Ebersman grew up in Poughkeepsie, New York. He attended SUNY Buffalo and graduated in 1990 with a B.S. in Accounting and minors in Economics and English. From 1990 to 1997 he gained experience in tax preparation, accounting and auditing by working at two CPA firms.
