I have the $10 monthly plan. Why is it that the only way you can refill your account is online? I called 611 and it says there are no other payment options whatever that means. Let's say I had no access to a computer how would I refill my account? Will the CSR reps let you refill over the phone with a debit or credit card? I usually pay with my credit card.
