Making campaigns have Relevancy is so important in AdWords management because it decreases the amount you have to pay per click, causes your ad to get shown higher in Google and causes your ads to get more clicks. When someone does a search in Google for the keyword "acoustic guitar" and sees the keyword "acoustic guitar" appearing in your ad, the searcher will naturally be more inclined to click your ad because they see that it is relevant to what they just searched on.
