This template is based on the Los Angeles Template and have a very flat transparent content box look. The background is a full screen video. This background is disabled on mobile devices due to compatibility and bandwidth issues.The framework and project web templates are licensed under an open source MIT license, so you can use it in your sites and projects as much as you want and are free to customize it and make it your own.
