I have uninstalled DLL-Files Fixer using control panel in Windows 7, but the program still starts randomly, and i have to use ctrl-alt-del to stop the process in order to close the program. How do I remove it completely?

Deleting a DLL file can be very dangerous if you don't know what it is being used for. However, deleting the DLL file on a computer virus can be a saving grace. Deleting a DLL file is not very hard, but you have to find the DLL file first.
